Run it on your own water before you buy it
Nanobubble performance depends on the water and the duty, not on a datasheet. So the order is: run it on your system first. The acceptance indicators and test method are agreed in writing before the unit ships; a test report follows at the end. If the targets are met we talk purchase. If not, the unit goes back under the agreement.
Why we send a unit instead of a quotation
The same machine can produce twice the result on one site and half of it on another. That is not a defect in the machine — it is the water.
Nameplate is not site result
Flow, bubble size and concentration on a specification sheet are measured in clean water under standard duty. Your water has hardness, chlorides, oil and suspended solids. The number that matters has to be measured where the unit will run.
Duty decides, not marketing
Cycles of concentration, velocity, temperature, pH and the existing chemical regime all move the outcome. Buying without a trial moves all of that uncertainty onto you.
Swap promises for data
Before delivery we write down the indicators, the test method and the sampling points, and both sides sign. Then we read the result. Nobody has to be persuaded by a slide.
How the trial runs
Six steps, each with something handed over at the end of it.
- Step 01 — Send the duty. Flow, water analysis, existing process and the problem. More detail gives a sharper assessment.
- Step 02 — We assess. A reply within one business day on whether a trial makes sense, the model we would send, and how it would be installed. If it is not a fit, we say so.
- Step 03 — Agree the KPIs. Indicators, test method, sampling points and cycle length confirmed in writing and signed by both parties.
- Step 04 — Ship and install. We supervise installation and commissioning. Most duties are side-stream, so no shutdown in the majority of cases.
- Step 05 — Run. Continuous operation for 15–30 days as agreed, with operating data logged and samples taken on schedule.
- Step 06 — Report, then decide. A test report compared against the pre-trial baseline. Met: we talk purchase. Not met: the unit is returned under the agreement.
Acceptance indicators to agree up front
An indicator has to be measurable, repeatable and comparable. The table is a starting point; the final list follows your site conditions.
| Application | Suggested indicator | Test method | Typical period |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cooling water / hot-water descaling | Fouling resistance or heat-exchange approach, scale inhibitor dose, turbidity, scale thickness | Side-stream connection; before/after comparison over matched periods | 20–30 days |
| Ozone advanced oxidation | COD / colour removal, ozone dose, off-gas ozone concentration | Parallel comparison or staged test | 15–25 days |
| Aquaculture oxygenation | Dissolved oxygen, ORP, ammonia, feed intake and survival | Zoned within one pond, or matched-period control | 15–30 days |
| Flotation / oil removal | Effluent TSS and oil, sludge water content, chemical dose | Paired influent / effluent sampling | 15–25 days |
| Membrane fouling control | Rate of transmembrane pressure rise, chemical cleaning interval, flux recovery | Compare against a section without the unit | 20–30 days |
Indicators and test method are agreed once, before delivery, and are not changed unilaterally mid-trial. Sampling points, sampling frequency and who measures — your laboratory or a third party — are written into the trial agreement.
Trial terms (public summary)
Commercial terms are those of the signed trial agreement. This is the part we publish.
| Who can trial | End users; projects led by a design institute or EPC; regional partners (transferable to their customer) |
| Which models | Matched to flow and application — see below; the assessment decides |
| Period | 15–30 days, set by what the indicator needs to show |
| Cost | Deposit and rental are agreed in the trial agreement by model and period; credited against the purchase if you buy |
| Basis of judgement | KPIs and test method agreed in writing before delivery and signed by both parties |
| Return | If the agreed indicators are not met, the unit is returned under the agreement, with freight responsibility written in |
| Use restrictions | No dismantling; unit sealed; transit insurance during shipping and installation; normal wear is not chargeable |
Which units can be trialled
Cooling / hot-water descaling
ARF-X static side-stream series — no motor, no compressed air, side-stream connection, 13.5–495 m³/h.
Oxygenation / ozone / water-body recovery
Ultrafine bubble generators, eight series and 39 models, 0.5–200 m³/h; air, oxygen or ozone as the gas source.
Flotation / oil removal / separation
ARFU precision flotation and DAF retrofit, 5–200 m³/h.
Request a trial unit
Seven fields, under a minute. We read the duty; we do not run a call centre. If it is not a fit we tell you.
Decide on data, then decide whether to buy
Send the water analysis and system parameters. We reply within one business day on whether a trial makes sense, with the model we would send and the indicators we would propose.
