Specifications
Every model in one table
Thirty-four generators and flotation units, plus five membrane elements. If a model you were quoted is not here, it is either a special configuration or not ours — both are worth checking before you sign.
Generators and flotation units
Sorted by model code. Voltages shown as 220 V or 380 V three-phase; material refers to wetted parts.

SiC ceramic membrane elements
Flux figures are clean-water values at 25 °C and 1 bar. Design at a fraction of catalogue flux — sizing a membrane system at its published flux is the most common mistake in this category.
| Model | Element | Pore size | Flux (LMH) | Length | Housing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SiC-T-1200 | Tubular 1200 × 40 | 20 nm | 300–400 | 1200 mm | SUS316L |
| SiC-T-1000 | Tubular 1000 × 40 | 20 nm | 300–400 | 1000 mm | SUS316L |
| SiC-P-250 | Flat sheet 250 × 250 | 50 nm | 200–300 | 250 mm | SUS316L |
| SiC-M-19 | Multi-channel 19 channels | 20 nm | 300–500 | 1000 mm | SUS316L |
| SiC-M-37 | Multi-channel 37 channels | 20 nm | 400–600 | 1000 mm | SUS316L |
Three steps from application to model
- Name the duty. Aeration, flotation, filtration or descaling. A single unit rarely does two of these well, and no unit does three.
- Convert the duty to a flow. Full stream, or 3–5% slipstream for a cooling loop, or volume-based turnover for an open water body. This is where most sizing errors originate.
- Apply the material rule. Chlorides present → 316L or better, regardless of flow. Then check power supply and footprint.
What these tables cannot tell you
- Whether the model is right for your water. A 200 m³/h unit on the wrong duty is worse than a 20 m³/h unit on the right one.
- The installed cost. Gas source, instrumentation and material finish move it more than the model does.
- The specific energy at your duty point — compute it from flow and pressure, not from the motor rating.
Two models do not match anything you have?
Send the water analysis and the target. If nothing in the range fits, we will say so — and tell you which of the four process stages is the one you actually need.
